Susan Musambai is a Communication, Public Relation and Advocacy expert. Susan is a seasoned expert in Business Development and Public and Private sector. Currently she is a capacity building expert on Public Private Partnership and Institutional Strengthening.

She has over 20 years’ experience holding various roles. A proven Strategic leader and currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Lead Trainer at Hendricks and Associates. Steering the team in executing the organization’s strategy.

Susan has served in various roles; Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Horrizon Global, where she spearheaded growth of business revenues leading to the growth of business across Africa. She has coordinated teams across local and international institutions in Change Management initiatives and Institutional Strengthening. She has a wealth of experience having worked in over 13 African countries in continental coordination, program administration, and resource mobilization.

She posses expertise in Leadership Coaching, Resource Mobilization, Institutional Governance, Office Management and Administration, Grants Administration, Team Building, Project Management, Proposal Writing, Donor and Grantee Reporting Processes, Program Support and Public Relations roles both nationally and internationally across 13 countries: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, South Africa, Malawi, Zambia, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Mali and the United States of America.

Edwin is a Land and Water Management Consultant with over 20 years of field experience, working with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Tullow Oil, World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) and the Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education and Extension from Egerton University in Kenya. His postgraduate training includes Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Water Exploration (WATEX), the Groundwater Navigation and Exploration System (GENS), Water Sanitation and Hygiene for Development and Emergencies, and groundwater mapping.

He has participated in both humanitarian and resilience-building projects in Africa through implementing Farmer Field Schools (FFS) programmes in Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Namibia and South Sudan. He has developed competencies in agrobiodiversity, conservation agriculture, regenerative agriculture, landscape restoration and ecosystems management. Mr. Adenya has been training on circular (zero waste), green (renewable energy), blue (effective use of water) and digital technologies as they pertain to Farmer Field and Business Schools (FFBS) and value chain development.
